A Synthian works alongside your people: it shares ideas, builds and reviews with them. Each one has a name, a person who looks after it, a mailbox and a written memory, so every session picks up where the last one ended.

Synthians work in teams
Each Synthian has its own strengths, and like people they work in teams: Raven builds with Fox, Codex or Qwen, depending on the project; Kit and Lynx run DevOps together; Badger and Wolf look after systems and security.
